Furthermore, it is understood, that your acceptance into a Free Teeth Whitening program or termination of it, will be a decision of your treating dental professional. Furthermore, it is understood, that in order for a dental professional to properly monitor progress of the teeth whitening procedure and for you to be eligible for Free Teeth Whitening, you must be seen by a dental provider at least 2 times during a twelve month period.
DentalConnectionsUSA, Inc. does not warranty the accuracy of the information provided regarding dentists who participate in Free Teeth Whitening program. For additional information about member dentists, contact the state or local dental society in your area.
